With a robust 25-year career exclusively dedicated to mechanical manufacturing industries and international sourcing, Paul has become a seasoned professional in the field. His hands-on approach, rooted in a solid mechanical engineering foundation, has empowered him to gain extensive insights into manufacturing processes. What sets Paul apart is not just his technical proficiency, but also his ability to translate that knowledge into tangible improvements for companies.

Throughout his extensive career, he has excelled in creating winning raw material category strategies and steering successful supplier development initiatives for both short-term gains and long-term strategic sourcing projects. Ken’s exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, coupled with his motivational leadership style, have consistently propelled teams to success.
Having traversed various roles in the procurement field starting as a Buyer/Product Manager in the automotive industry to his most recent position as Supply Management Director for ASSA ABLOY Group, Ken has amassed a wealth of expertise. His tenure involved managing nearly $500 million in annual raw material spend. His career has been focused around international sourcing within the manufacturing industry, particularly metals fabrication and assembly.
Ken’s educational background includes a BA in Business Management and Marketing from Webster University. His impactful leadership and proven ability to drive multi-million-dollar savings through supplier cost reduction programs make him an invaluable asset in the procurement landscape.

With his global presence, Anders is widely considered to be one of the world's leading experts in Should Cost Analysis and his work with Volvo Cars, ASSA ABLOY, and other multi-billion dollar international companies sets him apart as an industry expert in manufacturing cost extraction.
